1.  What type of homes are being built?

            High quality Craftsman Style homes with open and fully functional floor plans.

 

2.  How much money do I need out of pocket?

You simply need your good credit rating of 680 or higher, 100% financing and $5000 to $7500 upfront to reserve your lot, submit your plans to the architectural committee and install any necessary utility lines,-which you will get back at time of closing on your construction loan-typically 30 to 45 days after financing begins.  At that point you will have invested no money out of pocket.

 

3.  Do I have to make any payments during the construction period?

No, the interest payments will be made by the builder during the construction time.

 

4.  What type of Loan is used?

Construction to Permanent Loan with one simple closing; 100% construction loan financing is available to qualified buyers.  In, addition, we have negotiated with the builder to pay for your construction loan interest during the construction period or up to 6 months whichever occurs first. 

 

5.  How many homes am I able to purchase?

            This depends on the community and number of available homes.  Most of    

            our communities our extremely exclusive and numbers are limited.

  

6.  Do I sell my home upon completion?

We have created a list of qualified Realtors who will list and sell your home for you.  The average marketing time for this area is about 4 months (per local agents). This means there is a good chance you will have your home sold before it is even completed!
